[Resolved] Tikona — Demanding money for discontinued service | |||
I have taken service of tikona in name of my wife . I have taken plan for 6months by paying full amount in advance . Since there was no modem available with them, so we got service on our own wifi router . I discontinued this service then the plan got over in November . For 20 day I checked there was no internet . Now my wife is getting multi calls for pending payment . I rcd email where it is mentioned that I have due 475rs . Then I am getting call from various people that I have to 2300rs that is for non used service . This company is cheating with their customers . I am.hapoy that I didn't continue with tikona. They are not worth . They have lot of nos to contact for new sevice but not single nos to contact customer care directly to resolve ur issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
