Hi,
I have tikona connection with ID[protected]. I am relocating to my village but tikona customer care agent Sameer who is handling this is not sending request for approval. They are forcing me to find customer for them so they can transfer connection to them. I not aware what kind of process is this. This is horrific now it's month I raised request but still they are not approving disconnect request. Request #1-[protected]

    My customer ID was [protected]. I disconnected tikona on 15- Nov-22 and return it's modem and everything and got no dues from recovery agent but still I am receiving threatening emails & calls from tikona for dues of 610 rupees. I was using prepaid plan so how the dues is remaining for tikona as I already returned it's belonging also

      Hi all. I subscribed for Tikona broadband service plan Preulh_spl for 6 months from Oct'21 to March'22 in Pune. During this period, I changed my address and got the modem/router also transferred to my new address. I called the customer care service for terminating my service in March. One engineer came and took the modem/router in march itself. I again confirmed with a customer care agent from Tikona about any pending amount just in case....

      Refund for Internet Dismantle Delayed

      Plan- Prepaid 15th Aug 2022 to 14th Feb 2023

      Dec 16 2022 onwards- sector 61 tikona tower dismantle process started and my services got frequently dropped over the days

      Having continous browsing issue, almost every alternate day discinnection issue is there. very inefficient support.

        I raised a request for disconnection in December. I received mail that my rental plan will be stopped from 7th Jan and I will be getting 10 GB free data after that, I will be charged 2 paise per MB. I have paid bills for 7th Dec to 6th Jan.

        I am not using wifi after 6th Jan only. Still, my bill is generated for Rs 209.16. Tikona staff call and ask to pay. They say to take the plan then we will waive off. If my data usage is 0, then why my bill is generated? I have downloaded my data usage and no usage is after 7th Jan. Then also, getting emails and call for paying. After confirmation, Tikona staff says that as I have 0 usage my bill will be waived off, but no action has been taken till now.

        Please disconnect the connection on an immediate basis and update my bill to 0. Then, ask your engineer to collect wire, etc. Tikona Employees call 3-4 times asking to take a connection. I don't want to continue also, they are charging unnecessarily without wifi usage

          Tikona is not closing/terminating my account even after telling so. It’s been a week since I informed them of my termination request through. But everyday a new agent calls & tells me to hold my connection instead of my request for termination.

          Also all the dues have already been paid for. I’m disconnecting the connection with a month in advance.

            I took a 3 months tikona connection in aug 2022 and asked the company to disconnect it after 3 days since there was no network and the speed I got was way below the promised bandwidth. Raised many complaints, they sent engineers for 15 days, tried various systems but nothing worked. I did not use their connection even for a single day and returned to my previous vendor. I asked for a refund and asked them to disconnect the service. Let alone refunding, they forcibly kept my account active and now they are sending me bills to pay. I have all the emails and call records to their customer service to disconnect my services. They sent an engineer to take off the wire too but kept the account active. This company is a big cheater, there should be a strong cheating case registered against them and they should be banned from doing any business in India.

              Hello sir madam whoever you are.

              I already paid approx 75% off my actual bill amount but you suspended my services due to not paying remaining amount of Rs. 700 which is not possible due to shortage of money and I am not be able to pay the remaining balance before 18th of this month.

              I requesting you please activate my internet service as soon as possible otherwise I will not pay the remaining amount and discontinue your services for future as well. Because your competitors offer me better service and their plans are also very affordable.

                  I have informed well in advance to Tikona to cancel my account but still they generated bills and now a days I am receiving calls saying that we are lawyer of Tikona from dilhi and using abusive language and asking to pay the bills.
                  Kindly look into it.

                    Tikona is trying to extort money from former customers under the pretext of case filed against us at Delhi Court.

                    I used to live in Pune for couple of years and there after some local internet service providers (ISP), I switched to Tikona. When I got relocated to the other place, I had tried calling multiple times to cancel my connection as I won't be needing it anymore. But none of them responded and no one called me back. After trying this for couple of weeks, I finally had to put up an EMAIL that, "kindly cancel my connection as I am relocating"....

                    Threat call for Court Case

                    I live in Rajkot, Gujarat. I was using Tikona services for some time. I didn't want to go ahead with the next renewal so when I got a mail from the company for payment for the next cycle, I told them I want to discontinue the subscription. I talked to the customer care about the same over call. They kept on giving me some other offer, but I didn't want to continue and told them to disconnect my subscription.                     Engineers and the company are not resolving the problem and it's been a month since I am facing this issue. There is no sense of resolution at all.

                        I already requested to disconnect my Tikona broadband service at Gandhinagar, Gujarat

                        I haven't used their service since 31 July 2022 and have not opted for any auto-renewal, The plan was prepaid with 50MBPS which is already expired.

                        For that plan, I already Paid 5200 in advance. I haven't requested any renewal or auto-renewal. Also asked their representative to disconnect the service. But no reply.

                        If this service was postpaid why they charged me 5200 and then provided a service? and now asking for the bill amount else legal action has been initiated!

                        I am requesting the authorities to take the necessary actions.

                        Now they are calling through some lawyer to harass me to pay the bill which I had never used after.

                          I had made a disconnection request for tikona since last 10 days due to speed issues at night majorly, also range issue in my multi storey house . Engineer already checked and told that issue been from backend On my 60mbps plan, max i get at night is 40mbps and 30-35 mbps at night, I have installed 5G connection of some other brand already now so no need . But tikona customer support is pathetic as we cannot call them and talk to them, only calls are coming for paying bill. I am not going to pay bill now. Kindly take it as disconnection request from here as i can't reach to them from emails and calls.

                            Hi,

                            I live in Indore and was using Tikona broadband. Stopped using their services in June, powered off, disconnected and packed their wifi modem to be collected by them. I sent mails to customer care for disconnection on Jun7 and Jun23, but no action from their side. Then I got mail from [protected]@tikona.in regarding outstanding amount of 440.98. Then yesterday I got call from Adv Meenakshi Tiwari who said she is speaking from Civil court and asked me to pay immediately to avoid legal proceedings. Today I paid that.
                            My only request is to have immediate disconnection and be over with this worst nightmare.

                              I'm reaching out to you on behalf of my aged father, XXX XXXX and he has been waiting for his refund for last 6 months.

                              Background- My father had signed up for prepaid Tikona's internet plan and due to performance issues cancelled the services in March 2022. As per the process, we submitted all inputs via the app, sent messages but till date we have not received any refund. I have personally tried reaching out to customer service via phone but was not successful as all roads lead to app & there's no action. It's very frustrating for not getting a closure and being taken for a ride

                              I hope you agree with me that your company is not wanting to give services for free and like wise we don't want to let go of our hard earned money & I would request your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest
