[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection not done on time - User ID [protected] | |||||
Hello, I am a user of Tikona Broadband ( ID [protected] ) since i was not happy with the services from your end i have requested for disconnection of the service from immediate effect. The request was not process hence leading in to outstanding. I have taken a connection with 3 months advanced rental and Security deposit of Rs 500/-. Since the connection was bought in 10GB plan the usage was not even exceeding 1GB. I have not used the connection for approximately 20-25 days now. Now the SMS are been shoot stating i have a outstanding of RS 390 and late payment will be applied on same.Kindly look into this on priority and get it close asap. Regards, Ketan Rane. [protected]. Dec 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Still no action has been taken, Nor they have called me. The complaints stand unresolved and i have been getting the msg for payment regularly. What a shame is this !!! Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
