Hi, i have created a request to disconnect my account on 2nd december. They said that they will disconnect my account till 12th december. But my account is still active. I had no outstanding amount. But they generated bill on december 14 even i haven't used the internet. This is cheating. I am not going to pay the bill. My account number is [protected]. My name is jigar panchal. Deactivate my account as soon as possible.
