Dear Team,
My Tikona user id[protected]. I am going out of Pune permanently so I want to remove/disconnect Tikona internet connection permanently before my new billing cycle starts with 7th Feb 2022. I am not going to use Tikona after 7th Feb 2022.
I tried to call on[protected] only IVR machine handle call and there is not having any option to talk directly with Tikona executive person.
Kindly take remove/disconnect request on high priority and remove/disconnect Tikona internet as early. And Stop billing cycle from 7th Feb 2022. And please collect all of your belonging things like cable and adaptor from my home. Otherwise I will not be responsible for this things.
