Tikona — disconnection request is not taken up and not disconnecting the internet | |||
I have requested tikona multiple time since 11th of july, but they are not disconnecting the line. Always they are replying that it is useful during pandemic and they are not charging so keep the connection. This connection is not at all used since 6 months. No bill is pending even i requested for a full and final settlement. Even then no action taken. Over phone executive accept the request but then the next time mail is different and the connection is not got disconnected. As a proof i am attaching last mail recieved.
