In the June of 2021, I had decided to disconnect my Tikona Broadband connection, after talking multiple times with customer care and getting multiple confirmations for my disconnect, my connection was still not disconnected and I was being billed even after about ) usage of the services. I tried mailing the authorities regarding confirmation of my disconnection request multiple times still got no response.
I got a response from Tikona regarding disconnection 1-2 months after that but still, I was billed for a few months after that also. Now I'm being continuously intimidated by abusive representatives pretending to be lawyers, threatening me in all shrewd ways possible. After lots of research on the Internet, I got to know these are typical thugs or recovery agents hired by Tikona to extort unfairly from former consumers as much as they can.
Finally, I received a mail on 7/4/2022 from an organization called 'LegalColls' which I was non-existent on the map, threatening me in various ways, without any form of identification ID or anything for any legal substance.
