Tikona — fraud by tikona | |||
I submitted my complaint (1-[protected]) on 18-aug'19 regarding my data balance fraud done by tikona, and it was assured by tikona team that my issue will be resolved in 2 days, but instead of resolving, they disconnected my connection. The issue was as below: I was having data balance of 26gb on 10-aug My tikona device was switch off from 10-aug to 17-aug But on 18-ug, you disconnected my services. This is real fraud by tikona.
