Tikona — fraud lawyer calls | |||||
User id :[protected] I had been using tikona broadband and often it had speed related issues. Many a times, i had to call the executive at home and the same issue pertained a few days thereafter. However, in 2018, they generated a fake bill setting that the earlier payment was not updated in their system and hence, i was asked to pay that amount of about rs. 900/- again. For months, they kept on harassing me for the payment i had already made. I made a complaint before grievance redressal forum and thee issue got resolved only thereafter. So, i already knew that it is a fraud company and i thereafter sent a disconnection request through email upon which they kept on insisting that you may please tell if there is any service related issues and that they can also lower the monthly bill amount, etc etc. However, i had already disconnected my router and waited for more than 15 days to get it disconnected. Although, what should have been a disconnection related email, they sent me emails and calls deliberately treating the issue of service related problem but did not disconnect. I made sure that the router was never connected again because i was aware of their fraud of generation of fake bills. Thereafter, i received an email stating that my account is now terminated. Now, they started sending me emails of demand notice of about rs. 1300/- to 1500/-. Further, they kept calling my family members about this issue and threatening then to sue me in court about the issue. Their fake recovery agents called to threat and harass not only me but in an annoying manner, my family members too. For a disconnection request that i made in january-february, 2019, they dragged it to march and april and now demanding money despite no usage and fault on their part is highly objectionable and deserves heavy punishment. Such a company cannot be allowed to run in this manner. I will surely write to the telecom industry also to look into this matter as the company has already harassed and looted a lot of people. lodge a complaint here. call 1915 or [protected]. lodge a fir. The company needs to shutdown and owners and management needs to be arrested.
As per process, there needs to be unsubscribe option, account deletion option.
Since you have communicated personally, the service should have stopped next day.
It only takes 10 minutes to switch off internet services. The company is behaving like cable shop. Sad to know your grievance. Confront them with action.

We got a call from Nikita Kalra saying that she is an advocate from Delhi high court and charging us on the behalf of the Tikona office of rs. 1374 as according to them, we didn't make the payment on time and didn't notify Tikona about cancelling the payment plan.
It's very disappointing to tell you that your staff members both Nikita Kalra and Narendra Nagar are extremely rude and very unprofessional. As a matter of fact, we sent an email to you on 1st September, 2020 regarding the cancellation of our Tikona Plan as we shifted to a new place. Please find it attached.
Now because it was very annoying to receive calls from your unprofessional team, and was hampering our mental peace we have made the payment of 1374 but got a message that the Tikona service is "re-activated". WE DON'T WANT IT TO RE-ACTIVATE, we already have airtel and don't want to get Tikona ever, and will make sure that none of our friends/family members/colleagues/anyone we know get your services ever because it's not just terrible but also UNPROFESSIONAL & annoying,
We haven't received the NOC Yet, and the shameful thing is that Nikita from your team has also deleted the messages on whatsapp in which she promised to deliver the NOC. I am here saying that we won't be making any further payment to TIKONA as we have made the payment 1374 rs to DEACTIVATE AND to give the due payment as stated by them.
