Tikona — Fraudulent Advocate calls and Incompetent disconnection service | |||
I am using Tikona service since 2012. I requested for a connection termination 2 months ago. All amount were paid, even though they charged another bill. After talking to their executives multiple times they show very little interest in resolving the issue. The same issue has troubled me before, I was asked to pay some late charge when it was not applicable, I talked to the customer care for 4 months and after that also they did not resolve the issue. At the end I was getting just too many calls and paid the late charge to get rid of the numerous calls. Now I get a call from an advocate in delhi ([protected]) which was a fraudulent call. The number is a spam, you can not revert the call to them. Now I get a call on different number (Other than registered number) from another advocate from delhi (some woman). I read on website and quora that all legal actions are under mumbai court and I was getting the calls from delhi. Everything is shady about this company. I have now paid the bill because I know they will spam me with numerous calls and will change number every time and will bug me for a long time. Strict actions should be taken against such companies which spams its customers ( who used their service for more than 8 years). One should always refer to complaints against such companies and should be aware of what they are capable of before opting their services. still they have not taken their device and I know they will make a issue of it very soon, I hope this platform be the witness when the next issue with tikona will pop up.
