[Resolved] Tikona — Fraudulent services | |||||
I have been subscribed to tikona since more than a year now. It worked fine for 3 months. Later started giving problems like frequent disconnections, speed slowdowns. When complained, they give only one reason that there is a tower problem. The service works fine when the bill is nearing due. When bill paid, the services again go down. They are making money by adopting unfair trade practices. I am paying them for this botched up service. I am being mentally tortured, please help consumer forum. Please help. This is going out of my hands and hence seeking your help. They have monopoly in my area and hence I have to use only their network. Was this information helpful? | |||||
