Frequent disconnection after so many follow ups no resolution the engineer doesn't even visit just calls and tells he has submitted the problem at the backend but there's no resolution very poor service since past 20 days

Updated by Sourabh03 Still no update nothing this is how tikona deals with complaints the engineer last time didn't even bothered calling and marked the complaint as solved it high time now. Very poor frok tikona and their useless engineers technicians
