Tikona — Generating bill for closed connection | |
I have closed my broadband connection of tikona with id [protected] in December 2020 due to shifting to remote location permanently, i requested to tikona by email and on customer care to close the connection permanently, they accepted it, and it has been done on 29/12/2020, but still they are charging some amount every month and sending bill to me again and again, i called them on customer care, they said it's already closed, you don't need to pay any thing, bill will not be generated next time, but again it is generating eveey month, even adding late payment fee. I am emailing them they are replying on email that we have just added some data on your account you can use it, but my connection is closed. I am not understanding thei logic behind this, i have already shifted, connection is already closed, then why forcefully charging me again and again. Kindly sort the issue, as I am planning to file a suit for harassing me. I am attaching screenshots of email conversation. Was this information helpful? | |
