[Resolved] Tikona — Grievance : Broadband Connection and Speed Issue (Cust ID [protected]) | |||
Dear Sir, i got Tikona Broadband installed at my place on 9th June 2015. I was getting some support related issues with my existing BSNL broadband and i came to know about availability of Tikona broadband in our area. Tikona executives visited my place and gave me a demo in which they showed me a speed of around 3.9 Mbps. They convinced me that "in any case, the speed will not fall below 3 Mbps". I was assured that's why i made a payment of Rs Rs 2223 (Plan 4 Mbps, 5Gb, Rs 600 monthly). But, now i am feeling that it was my mistake to trust Tikona, Since then, i am getting connectivity issues, the ping breaks in between and the speed is pathetic. I spoke to the installation engineer and he suggested me to reboot the modem/router. Did the same, nothing changed. Attached photo shows a Download Speed 0.86 Mbps ??? I this what i paid for ???? Where is the 3-4 Mbps speed ????? I request you to inform Tikona and take action against Tikona so that they don't fool the customers in future.
