Tikona — Harassing the customer, using foul language (donkey n all) over phone

I have requested Tikona to disconnect my connection on 5th Oct 2015. Complain Number 1-[protected] .

I was paying all my bills in advance and there was no outstanding balance till the date I have asked for a disconnection. Still I was repeatedly receiving emails saying "Kindly pay your outstanding bills". Tikona started giving me "MISSED CALLs" ya "MISSED CALLs" every now and then. They don't answer when we call the customer care. I m clueless because of the communication gap.

Now, suddenly today I am getting call from some XYZ saying that he is an advocate from Delhi high court (Phone No: [protected]) and going to take legal action against me by file a case against me and going to block my passport/debit/credit cards. Also, he has started using the foul language like Donkey and all over the phone.
I have seen lots of complain are coming from many customers, that they are also facing the same problems repeatedly.

My strong appeal to the government to take very strict action against Tikona for harassing their costumers during their services and after their services.

Please take this issue very seriously, otherwise many more citizens have to face this kind of tensions unnecessarily.

I am getting calls repeatedly from some advocate name Mukhesh or Manish number - [protected] saying he is going to file a case. Repeated harassing calls from TIKONA.

Team TIKONA, Can I get any clarification from your end, what is going on?
After my complain, till date I have not received any MAILS or CALLs from TIKONA.
Is this the way you people are earning money, by harassing and threatening people?
By blocking users from your FACEBOOK page, if someone is complaining about your service.

Can I expect any intimation from TIKONA team? otherwise I am seriously going to file a case for harassing and threatening unnecessarily and I am sure there are lot many people who are facing same problems because of TIKONA.
i am getting calls from Tikona devraj joshi([protected]) who said he is someone in delhi court in front of megistrate office and he has a file against me for not paying airtel bill .well i lost my sim i told the operator that discontinue my service but they didn't and no they said i have to pay bill of 1500 rs other wise they will file case this is totally ridiculous people like me have many day to day problems and more than those problem this guy said pay ur bill otherwise they will forward case and then i cant do anything this is how these people make harassment of the common man and made threatning warnings and all please guys do some appropriate comments for advice and what should i do to stop these people from harassing the other common man
