Tikona — i am complaining about their slow speed and no service providing from past 10 days

I am facing issue of slowness with tikona isp, i have a plan of 60mbps on which i am getting less than 1mbps speed most of the time, especially work hours from past 10 days. I have logged service request but didn't receive a call back or even email from customer care but just automated email. I followed over email 5-7 times now. Since yesterday i am getting no service at all. Their customer care number is no use this time as no one picks up even after 30-40min of waiting.

Updated by Pktpacific I tried that, i registered on forum and my user id is [protected]@gmail.com but I don't get inside it say contact admin to add you so i never posted complaints there. I never received email with confirmation link from tikona forum. You guys are fraud as they come
