[Resolved] Tikona — I was told to pay 2300 rupees and I did | |||||
I was using tikona services in 2016 and i was very unhappy with it even the guy who installed the wifi misguided me that its gonna be working like airtel and i wont face any issues with it but then when i started using it they demanded money to install a new router with which it will be just like airtel but it didnt then they told me buy static ip address then it will be just like airtel but i didnt pay that amount and told me tikona guy to close my account i dont wanna deal with you cheats anymore.. I didnt even paid their bill because i was frustated with this company.. Then i got a call in dec 2017 that atleast make the payment of the usage that i did which was for ₹2300 and i did paid for it as i didnt wanted any problems in my life.. Tikona representative told me to make that payment and they will close my account and no action will be taken.. But now iam getting the threating calls again that i have to pay their late fine aswell but i wont do that as they are the biggest fraud company ive ever seen.. I just want to file a complaint against tikona fraud company..
