[Resolved] Tikona — ill mannered people | |||||
Hi, My wife was using tikona's broadband connection in 2013-15 and since she was moving out from pune, she had dropped mail to your company asking to disconnect the connection. Even after dropping mail, your representative kept on calling her not to disconnect or get it transferred in delhi. But we already had a broadband connection in delhi so refused to continue the services. Now randomly after 2 years some stupid ill mannered illiterate lawyer named "varsha sharma" no: [protected], called and i will mention what were her words exactly"she said aapki aukat nhi hote toh connection kyu lete ho 500rs ka bill hai tere naam and nhi de sakta bill toh lagwaya kyu and started giving gandi galis to my wife". I don't know how such a huge company can keep people like this. We trying to explain her the issue but she was not ready to listen to us instead kept on abusing us. If you have call details please look into it and you will get to know what down market lady she is. Its a sincere request to you please take a strict action against her and show the world how should we behave professionally.
