[Resolved] Tikona — Illegitimate amount charging event after discontinuing account | |
Respected sir/madam, I Aniket Gawande took Tikona broadband connection in 2020. Due to personal reasons, i informed for disconnection of services via calls and mails to Tikona in May 2021. I settled all bills till that date and took confirmation of pending amount from Tikona executive as well. Firstly they didn't take my disconnection request and after so many harassment from Tikona they discontinue my account after 2 months. I informed them to discontinue services and collect roof top device many times. They mailed me to pay amount of 559 Rs which they didn't mentioned for what they are overcharging me. They harassed me too much. I have all proofs of bill payment for which i used then why should i pay overcharged amount. Tikona is not receiving my calls none they are replying me on mails even after so many mails from my side. In the disconnection mail i informed them to collect roof top device but none of there executive came to collect it. Now i am receiving threatening calls from tikona to pay illegitimate amount of 2000 Rs. Their recovering team is threatening me and using really bad language on calls. I such case of illegitimate amount why should i pay? I have all proofs with me. Really hoping positive response from your side to resolve my issue.
