Respect Sir/Madam,
I took tikona connection with an annual plan of Rs 5200 on July 2020. After its expiry, i informed tikona to terminate my connection and sent a mail regarding the same on 2nd july 2021 (request no. : 1-[protected]). Even after requesting cancellation and settlement of all bills i started getting calls from customer care asking me to pay an amount of Rs 2200 for my services to be discontinued .I made this payment (even though i was not using tikona services), just for the sake of getting over with this constant harrasment.
On 20th feb 2022 i got a legal notice to pay an amount of Rs 2634 again, which is illegitimate and unreasonable as i haven't used tikona network since july 2021 and have sent mails for cancellation, contacted they executives number of times and have already once paid an amount(which also i was not liable to pay as i was not using their services) ensuring my account cancellation(as was said by the tikona executive) . Now i am trying to connect to their customer service on calls as well as mail to resolve this issue but no one is replying.
This is a clear case of harrasment. Why should i be paying any amount when i am not using tikona services.
I am hoping for a positive response from your side to resolve my issue.
