[Resolved]  Tikona Infinet Limited — not discontinuing my existing connection

I got the tikona internet connection on july 10th 2019, and submitted rs.3000+ amount to there respresentatives for the connection and installation. Now i want to discontinue the connection but even after taking the request they are not cutting the connection rather asking for money to cut the connection. I have paid all the amount till date 22nd october and they are asking to submit more money for future 2months of rs.1804. Please help me in this issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
