[Resolved]  Tikona Infinet Private Limited — connection close frustration

Hi sir/madam,

My tikona details:

This is to highlight the trouble and harassment i am facing regarding connection relocation and refund concern. Tikona cannot transfer my broadband connection to my new location hence promised to refund the remaining amount however, did not see any further action since 15 days.

I applied for connection re-location (Transfer) last month. Your representative ingale - [protected] visited my new location and confirmed that connection transfer is not possible. He took away modem with charger. I asked for a confirmation but he did not provide a receipt. He said he will update the system today evening. This happened on sunday 7 april.

I did not see any further updates from tikona. I dropped a new email asking for the connection closure and refund.

I received 2 emails from tikona asking for modem and charger once again. Both emails were having new representatives names. First email was having sainath associates at [protected] and second email was having mr. Harshad at [protected].

Harshad has not received my call till date.

I contacted sainath associates at [protected] and informed him that ingale - [protected] already took my modem and charger. Sainath associates did not informed anything and dropped the call. I sent ingale's contact number to sainath associates and told him to confirm and close my case.

I did not receive an update from any one of these 3 representatives till date. I sent a new email once again on april 16, 2019 to tikona. I received auto-generated reply saying that i will hear in next 72 hours. But i did not receive a reply from tikona as well.

Please answer my below questions:
A. Why ingale took my modem and charger with giving receipt?
B. Why rest of the 2 representatives sainath and harshad are non-responsive?
C. Why sainath did not confirm with ingale about my modem and gave receipt to me?
D. How many days are required to close this case and process refund?

Please answer these questions.
