[Resolved] Tikona Infinet Private Limited — reimbursement of losses occurred due to pathetic service. | |||||
Madam / sir I subscribed tikona bradband services for internet connection from the tikona infinet pvt. Ltd. From 2th jan 2019 and immediately made payments for the same. I started facing connectivity issues from the very first day of commencement of services from tikona and registered the complaints time and again. But the problems persisted and finally resulted in me baring loss of rs. Twenty one thousand only because of pathetic network provided by tikona. I have sent and email to tikona's customer care email id claiming for the reimbursement of losses in addition to the subscription charges and also for the mental torture i went through.
