[Resolved] Tikona — internet not working

This is to inform you that our internet is not working since almost 2 week, have complained serveral times and also spoke to your executive. He kept on saying that engineer is assigned and contact number was provided. Have given call and sent messages to your executive but he didn't call me back. We request you to solve this problem at the earliest.
