Connection date 23/06/2019 and contract of six months advance payment made on 19/06/2019 but renewal date given was 15/12/2019. Aside from the above, since the date of connection, i have reported, 11 complaints which i missed out 32 days without network. Each time of reporting the problem, they took 2-3 days for repair. This is their regular practice to all customers. I wanted them to extend 32 days more which they didn't provide service also change my renewal date to be 22/12/2019.
