[Resolved] Tikona — internet service/slow and intermittent | |||
I was using tikona internet services for appx two year. Initial 6 months received above average service, speed was quiet decent as per plan, later from average its goes to pathetic, called tech support multiple times, no resolution at all. Finally 6 months back i decided to cancel the services. Now their advance technical support wake up, and and calling me to retain the service. One odd day they decided to upgrade my plan - which made the service worst. From slow internet connection it upgraded to intermittent connectivity as well. Several tickets opened and closed considering ticket closed. Being with tikona for long time i always gave them another chance whenever i called for disconnection, however always got disappointed, best part care/advance tech/retention teams are not in sync at all. One of the team offered me to check services for 2weeks, if works fine then please continue the service else proceed the disconnection. Next week i received call from billing - sir, where is money. Either pay or disconnect, i simply said kindly disconnect... Services never disconnected and i am keep getting bills for same. My simple request was give me disconnection acceptance and collect you money. But they are keep adding dues on my account. Thanks for being valuable to your customers. Never recommend to anyone...
