[Resolved]  Tikona — internet speed and connection issues

I have being using tikon internet service since 29th june. I have taken a package of 6mbps, however not once i get speed anywhere near it. Many a times the internet is not working at all. They have call centre which is complete harassment of customers. They register the complaint and text you that the issue is being worked upon. And after some time they will close the issue. How are they closing the issues without verifying if the actual issue is closed or not. Tikona is providing very low level of service. They said that so called engineer will visit your place but it never happen. It sees these engineers are at ceo level and doesn’t have time to do work they supposed to do. The joke is they test the speed at their own site (Tikona speed test.com) where the connection will always shows good speed. Their login process is also not full proof as its gives different alert messages when you log on. Tikona is very very frustrating company with no customer service, no technical expertise and no value for money.
