[Resolved] Tikona — internet speed far below the plan I paid for. | |||
I paid tikona salesman ₹4952 advance for a 60mpbs 3 month plan. The installation though promised to be done within 3 days took over a month. Payment done on 22nd june 2019, internet activated on 23 july 2019. I was harsassed to an extent that had to visit their office twice and call them more than 50 times in a month before they could finally activate my connection. After that i never got the actual speed as per my plan, i am getting around 15-20 mpbs but i have paid a much higher amount for the 60mpbs plan. The complaints are left pending by tikona customer care they just keep pushing the customer here and there. The back end says theres a problem at front end, technician says its a problem at back end this is a never ending cycle. Reaching their customer care itself is such a hassle.
