Tikona — Need to cancel | |
Dear Team, I got a Tikona connection installed on the 9th of August and now from two days, it has stopped working. Within 15 days, it has stopped working. This is not what I accepted from the service, which has not been installed even for a month. I contacted the salesperson who provided the connection, he raised his hand saying that it is not his issues. I have already followed all thevridiculous instructions of restarting the modem, the power adapter is on, etc. but nothing is working. I don't want to continue with this connection anymore and hereby raise the request of cancelling the Tikona connection. Kindly help to get the refund amount.
