[Resolved] Tikona — Network Issue | |||||
Dear sir how I can register my complaint, there's no proper way to communicate with your customer care. Nearly I have tried more then 20times to call your customer service, but there is no proper response Actually my problem is, I have installed Tikona broadband on 26/02/3017 and my plan is 6mbps unlimited but my actual speed is 2mbps. Today is 26/03/2017.so far 30 days have completed, from the 1st day we people are trying to contact you and some people are coming from your side to repair the issue, they have not cleared the complaint still.from the customer service they asked to call the guy called harishanker and we people called him but harishanker told that "I am not responsible for that call the customer care again ", he disconnected the call I have all of my 1.invoice bill for paid amount 2.call recordings of customer care 3.screen shot of complaints 4.speed test results As a final decision am willing to get this issue to the appellate authority with your knowledge, my detials as follows: User ID: [protected] Address: 3/489, 3rd block, mogappeir west, Chennai-37 Was this information helpful? | |||||
