[Resolved] Tikona — network not connected | |||||
I have paid inr 1870 to tikona on 03/07/2017 and it stopped working on 10/07/2017 i complained to tikona engineer came on 17/07/2017 and fixed the issue. However on 18/07/2017 again i lost the connection i mostly work from home today i complained again to tikona got a reference number 1-[protected] but god knows when the engineer will come. I requested tikona to refund my money but they denied. That means every second day i will have to lodge complain till my 3 month time is over and i loose my money without using the service.
