[Resolved] Tikona — new connection ,no internet from first day | |||
I got tikona broadband connection installed at my house 4 days ago . At the time of installation the engineer said that your internet service will start in 2 hours. Surprisingly it has been 4 days but the internet is not working at all . I started complaining regarding this issue to the customer care and the person who installed the router after 1 day after i had no hope that the service would start on its own . The customer care executive is just making fake promises that my problem will be solved in 24 hours from that they onwards . No one has solved the problem yet . I had already paid 6 months fees in advance but had not even got to use even 10 mb of internet. I have lost all hopes in this companies services as they just ditched their new customer from the first day onwards. My complaint no. is : 1-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I have applied for tikona network on Saturday 15th June money rs 2474 as subscription amount was taken but nobody has come for installation of internet I want refund for my amount paid and tikona is not responding.
