[Resolved] Tikona — No connection since 12 hours - [protected] | |
No connection since the last 12 hours. Today's work has been screwed up for me & my sister and will result in Unpaid loss. I raised a complaint 1-[protected] in the morning at 11:35 am, still no one has attended. An Engineer named Vaibhav was assigned, but he said he doesn't look after our area. No one came. Still no connection at 10:22 pm. I login at 02:30am. Now again I will be screwed for my login for tomorrow. Customer service has been awful. Really disappointed. I expect Tikona to pay for my loss of pay as they have failed to provide the service. I have already paid for 6 months in advance trusting their network. Please fix my issue. No one seems to respond.
