[Resolved] Tikona — No internet access | |||
I took tikona broadband connection last week, i have done the payment and it have been credited to tikona. the people who installed tikona connection are pradeep ([protected]) and manthesh ([protected]). They told me to open the tikona login page (1.254.25.254) after payment is done and to reset the password to continue browsing. From last week im not able to open login page, it says no internet access and site can't be reached. the people who installed device are not responding to my call. there details are as above. please assign technical person so that he can come to my place and fix the issue Please help me to fix this asap Was this information helpful? | |||
