I had chosen to go for Tikona internet connection in the August of 2020. Ever since I have been utterly disappointed. I was promised 80 MBPS up and down and have never received that speed. My internet connection hasn't been functioning for the past week and I have no clue why. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST INTERNET CONNECTION I HAVE EVER AVAILED.
