My user id is [protected]. i had subscribed to the 25 mbps 500 gb plan for one quarter last week. initially there was frequent automatic log outs which was some how tolerated. but from 19/10/2018, there is no internet connection. there is no answer to my calls. please restore internet connection within one hour or refund full amount paid by me immediately if you are not able to provide internet service.
