[Resolved] Tikona — No Internet since last 3 days | |
I have recently taken the connection and faced sporadic issues of disruptions for one or two hours which I do understand could be due to the monsoons. From the last 3 days my internet is not working and there is no way to contact tech support. I have raised numerous complaints from the mobile app but no resolution. If we try to call the toll free # we are told that the issue is fixed and the call disconnects. I have made upfront payments for 3 months for a 25 mbps connection. I have also sent emails to customer care but there is no response. I am working for the tech support of a mnc and my work plus my kids education is getting impacted.
