Tikona — non usage of service but still amount needs to be paid | |||
I have used tikona service till october'17 and henceforth have disconnected the line by taking the wire off as suggested by their engineer. But after the same they have generated the bill for the next 3 months and then they are asking us to pay the money. We have not paid the money as since we have not used there service so why to pay the amount. But they are now calling us in the name of advocates and saying that they can ruin my professional life as well as they can fetch us to court. We have asked some time but they are not listening and we had to pay the amount out of no where. My service user id is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
