Tikona — Not canceling internet subscription - User id - [protected]

I had raised a request with tikona to cancel my internet subscription on 12th November 2015. Since then I have made number of attempts to ask them to send someone and get the instruments picked up and finalise the bill but of no use. They dont even respond to cancellation requests anymore and just say someone will call me and resolve the issue. That someone never calls. This is the worst service provider i have encountered in my life for as small an issue like providing internet service. Now i am moving abroad next month and wanted to clear all my pending activities hence wanted tikona to settle the dues as no one will be available later on to do the same. But they are least bothered. Request your assistance in the matter. User Id - [protected]

This is how you are working on my complaint. You have yet not collected the instrument and finalised the bill and on top of that you send me a generic mail to continue the service without knowing the fact that I am moving out of India even after me telling you the same numerous times. What crap service you offer and i will ensure to inform whatever people in know across India the true nature of service you provide and the importance you hold for your customers.

There is a tremendous lack o[censored]nderstanding with people at tikona.
Firstly, How can my cancelation request be in process for last 15 days.
Secondly, the place you hace installed you device is a rented out place. I am leaving the same in a few days time and please note once again neither am i and nor is my landlord responsible for your device getting misplaced once i move out of that place..
