[Resolved] Tikona — Not providing my prepaid internet service | |||
Hi, This is nilay soni user id [protected] Have requested to restart my internet service as my total usage of data is 434266.7812mb as per session history received from tikona customer care and my prepaid plan is 500 gb 4 mbps speed for 2 years. I've requested the same for 2 times in previous 15 days and hasn't revert back. Hence, i called again in technical department for the same. But mr sagar panchal (Senior desk manager) from "billing department" told me that i can not talk to technical department and we do not have your "records". Hence, i requested him to transfer my call to technical department, he "ignored". And he was not ready to understand that my usage has not yet completed instead, he was forcing me to pay my outstanding. As per my knowledge there should not be any outstanding amount since i've not completed my 500 gbs. If "tikona customer care" do not have my records then who do have? That's the biggest question. Instead, mr sagar told me we do not have your records but you mail us the session history that was mailed by tikona cc. What the hell!! If you people has my recored and if you can mail me then, why the hell mr sagar told me to mail it again. "whats the logic??" For that i've been ignored so many times for the same. How a customer can not talk to technical department?? — what the rubbish by telling that sorry sir that is our rule that you can't talk to technical department. If the problem is of technical department, then how can billing department solve technical problem.??? As i am the loyal customer of tikona broadband, i want justice to the issue by giving me my 65 gb which was remaining plus some compensation of 30 gb net with 4 mbps speed for not forwarding my requests for last 15 days. It is so shameful for tikona that you people do not feel any responsibility or accountability for the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
