[Resolved] Tikona — not resolved complaint again and again time | |||
My user id [protected] is facing a lot of issues regarding the internet speed. The problem is persistent since 11 months or more and it is still not resolved, the engineer visits my place and every time he says the problem is from the back end, there is no speed from the back end, every time i make the complain and every time the process is the same, i get a call from your call center, engineer visits the site, he says the problem is in the back end and end of story. Then i have to complain again, again the same procedure. I am regretting right now taking the tikona connection, in spite of paying... We are not using your service again time and all people please be careful. You do not cheat again time not use tikona broadband services Was this information helpful? | |||
