My account number is [protected], i placed request of plan change as per my speed requirement in last week but its not updated yet.
I am working on design software's so i required 60 mbps plan - turbo_q2_c5.
Kindly update my plan as per above request.
If this plan is not available kindly provide me any other 60 mbps plan so it will help to achieve required speed.
From last 6-7 days i am trying but they are not responding..
No customer care pick of call
In app plan change request still not accepted.
