[Resolved] Tikona — nuisance even after repeated complaints | |||
We took tikona services for 3 months and paid in advance in mumbai. It is registered with my phone number. The net was never working properly and raised many complaints. Even after several complaints there was no change. I asked them to cancel our services after the 3 months, one because we were shifting the place and i moved to hyderavad, secomd because their service was bad. I updated a new number for them to follow up because i was not living in that flat anymore and gave another persons number. This was in november 2017. Today its 20th of jan 2018 and i still receive call at odd timings. Its disturbing me and really unprofessional and ridiculous. Kindly take an action.
