[Resolved] Tikona — overcharged bill and recovery done by threatening me for legal action. | |||||
I used Tikona broadband services till end of my plan cycle i.e. 6th Aug. 2016 and as per the plan rate, i was supposed to pay a due bill of Rs.905.6. They overcharged me to Rs. 2611.25 through delay in disconnection . Please see attachments (Complaint1, Complaint2 and Tikona_Appelate_complaint) for complaint details with Tikona. I raised a complaint on http://consumerhelpline.gov.in as well but no satisfactory action was take. Please see "INGRAM_complaint" for complaint details.
