[Resolved] Tikona — pathetic service didn't resolved my internet issue even after calling 20 times.in the past 15 days | |||||
Hi, let me tell you, that you guys are providing the worst service to the customers. Pathetic service, irritable internet, i will never recommend your service to other. Let me tell you my issue, my user id is [protected] i am staying in thane ghodbunder road, my internet is not working from 25th july and your idiotic guys didn't sent a technical engineer to resolve the issue. One guy which was assigned told me directly on the phone that i cannot do anything on this issue it's a network issue in the tower, when i called like 20 times to your pathetic people on service care number, each and every time they use to tell me that our technical team is working on the issue, your area is facing some network issue in the tower so it will get resolved in 24 hrs but it never got resolved. As a result my internet was not working for more than 1 week. Then after 1 week your pathetic internet started working for 15 min then again it used to get lost for 15 min then again it use to get working for 15 min then again it used to get lost. So again i call your pathetic people who are always telling lies to their customers, they again told me that it will get resolved in 24 hrs if not then we will assign an engineer, but so smartly your internet started working fine for 24 hrs and after 1 day again your internet was gone, then today again i called your toll free number but it took complain number and idiotic process got continued, then again i called billing department and told them the issue like before, but they said that they are billing department they cannot do anything, so you will again have to wait for 24hrs and then if it will not get resolved then again they will talk to me and assign engineer. Its been 1 month. Still I am facing the issue. I am paying the bill for not using internet. Idiotic service. Just tell me how much more months do you guys need to solve this issue.
