[Resolved] Tikona — Pending money refund | |||||
Dear Sir, I called several times & folloups but still my money not refunded in my account. actual matter is, your net service not in my area but you had given connection and deducted for yearly plan 2108/- dt. 08.07.2016. After my several complaints finally engineer told that tikona service in not here so i told to disconnet yout service within 15 days but passed one year but they are not refunded money back and no one give proper reply on calls.
