[Resolved] Tikona — plan extension without customer knowledge | |||
I’m using tikona for more than 2 years i think. Usually i get disconnections in the first later it was resolved by one great tech person. So i extended the plan from monthly to years. On that time they told that the extension will be done after receiving the fund for next year. As how they did for the first year. But now without my confirmation they have extended the plan. I inquired about this with customer care officer mr. Sagar. But he said that based on my confirmation they extended the plan. I have not gave any request for extension. I planned to change the broadband from tikona to act (Because of high cost). Further i inquired regarding the mode of confirmation he is not answered and he disconnected he call without informing there is no courtesy also. I have complete recording of the call and i want your support to raise legal action against them. Now i’m trying to reach the customer care again. After selecting the option the call get disconnected i tried multiple times. I’m not interested to continue the broadband services and i’m not ready to pay any more to this fraud groups. I was charged from my network provider for this calls. I need compensation for this from tikona end. I hope i get support from your end in this regards. Was this information helpful? | |||
