[Resolved] Tikona — Receiving call in name of bill collection even after service stopped after 8 month

I received a Tikona bill of rs 2400 first after stopped using 2 months in sep 2021 then when I contacted customer care they said it is postpaid connection, not a prepaid connection (I kept saying that i was informed its a prepaid service) then I sent mail for disconnection before and after paying the bill they did not reply and again they generated a bill saying if your service is suspended u will receive a bill. Then after 4 months I am receiving a call that your bill will be kept generating from any legal team .. i guess they are a fraud company you can see many complaints on all social media. When I contacted Tikona person who gave me a connection he told me the company has closed its business and few people are calling in their name to pay bills. All the employees have already left and no one is responding to them also. I have sent almost 10 email but no reply shows they are fraud and in wiki, it shows Airtel have bought that company don't know if really they have bought this fraud company.
