Dec 16 2022 onwards- sector 61 tikona tower dismantle process started and my services got frequently dropped over the days
Last week of Dec 2022 - tower dismantle completed and tikona internet services completely stopped for sec 61, my residence ; confirmed by their engineer and customer support multiple times ; hold audio evidences for the same
Till Jan 21 2022 - customer care executives neglected my mails, calls, WhatsApp support messages, app requests etc and later requested me to get the connection shifted to someone with serviceable area but did not take my refund request seriously at all
Finally sent their engineer to collect entire apparatus, LAN cables, adaptors, router etc ; i submitted it all in working condition, confirmation receipt and engineer's app interface confirmation evidences attached
Customer care and engineer promised refund credited within a week but now I stand ghosted, no mail replies, no callbacks no response from customer care team and til appellate team tikona at all on the refund
I want my refund from dec 2022 to 14th Feb 2023 internet not provided as well as security deposit for the tikona apparatus collected processed without any further delays now
