I applied for broadband connection in your tikona website I paid the money also 3533rs for 40mbps 6 months with zero rs installation fee and the website said that if connection not done in 7 days it will refund it. So I paid it.
When I recahed to customer care then they told me your request is not registered so I gave all details then they said service engineer will call you.
Service engineer called me said it will charge 2000rs extra for installation in your building CEP device. I said him your website mentioned free installation charge and he refused it. Then I said that cancel my request and refund my money in payment source so
He said mail to [protected]@tikona.co.in you will receive reversal in 7 days
Still it been 3 weeks or over 1 months not received my refund in my credit card
Payment source is my credit card
Please revert my money to credit card and call me asap
I didn't got any user Id
I got receipt when I paid
